Terms and Conditions for ZENNIA Hammock Product

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our hammock product. By purchasing, using, or assembling the hammock, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Product.

1. Product Use and Safety

1.1 The hammock is intended for personal recreational use only and should not be used as a permanent structure, swing, climbing rope, or any load-bearing equipment other than for its intended purpose.

1.2 Maximum weight capacity: 110/kg. Do not exceed this limit.

1.3 Always ensure the hammock is securely fastened to appropriate anchor points (e.g., trees, posts) capable of bearing the full weight before use.

1.4 Inspect the hammock and suspension system for wear or damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

1.5 Do not leave children or pets unattended in or near the hammock. The Product is not a toy.

1.6 Set up and use the hammock a safe distance from sharp objects, open flames, water bodies, and hard or uneven surfaces.

1.7 Never use the hammock while intoxicated or impaired.

2. Warranty

2.1 We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

2.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, weather, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

3.2 Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Under no circumstances shall ZENNIA Hammocks, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the Product.

4.2 User assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the installation and use of the hammock.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZENNIA Hammocks, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Product, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or third-party claims.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Product shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romanian jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
