  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it at your expense.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (unless otherwise arranged).
