You may return your hammock product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

Note: Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us with a photo and description of the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your hammock arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right — either with a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or visibly worn hammocks

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards
